JobSync Authorized Sub-Processors

To support the delivery of our cloud-based SaaS platform and related Services, JobSync, LLC (“JobSync”) engages third-party service providers that may process Client Data (including Personal Data) on our behalf. These third parties are known as Sub-Processors.
JobSync evaluates the security, privacy, and confidentiality practices of all Sub-Processors prior to engagement and executes legally binding data processing agreements to ensure they meet our rigorous security standards and comply with applicable Data Protection Laws.

As our business grows and evolves, the Sub-Processors we engage may change. In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), JobSync will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice before a new Sub-Processor is authorized to process Personal Data.

Infrastructure, Security & Monitoring
The following Sub-Processors provide the core cloud infrastructure, database hosting, error tracking, and security networks that power the JobSync platform.

Important Note Regarding Third-Party Endpoints and Publisher Sites
The JobSync platform is designed to seamlessly integrate with and distribute data between third-party Job Boards, Publisher Sites, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
These third-party platforms—including but not limited to Workday, Oracle (Taleo), Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Glassdoor—are NOT Sub-Processors of JobSync. When a Client utilizes JobSync to distribute jobs or route candidate data to or from these external systems, the Client directs that data transfer. These third-party entities operate as independent Data Controllers or as direct processors for the Client. JobSync is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party endpoints, and their processing of Personal Data is governed by their own respective terms of service and privacy policies, as outlined in our Main Subscription Agreement (MSA).
