Core Agreements
- Main Subscription Agreement (MSA) The foundational legal framework that governs your partnership with JobSync. This covers core SaaS terms, intellectual property, confidentiality, and mutual indemnification.
- Product-Specific Terms (PST) The operational details, integration rules, and third-party limitations specific to the JobSync modules you subscribe to (such as Hub, JobSync Apply, or our Managed Services).
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) Our commitments to you regarding platform uptime, system reliability, and our technical support response times.
Data Privacy & TrustBecause we operate in the HR and Talent Acquisition space, data privacy is in our DNA. We strictly protect your candidate data in compliance with global privacy laws.
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA) Details exactly how we process, protect, and ultimately delete Candidate Personal Data in compliance with the CCPA, GDPR, and other global data protection laws.
- Authorized Sub-Processors A transparent, up-to-date list of the enterprise-grade infrastructure and technology partners we use to securely host and deliver the JobSync Services.
