How Allied Universal Pivoted a 250-Person Recruiting Operation to Achieve Crucial Hiring Objectives

Allied Universal, the world’s largest physical security firm, found itself missing hiring targets. To change that trajectory, Allied added several solutions to build a recruitment marketing tech stack that would enable them to align candidate acquisition with their hiring needs, introducing both solutions and new challenges.

Then, Allied integrated JobSync Apply connecting their entire iCIMS application into Indeed which led to more than doubling their candidate applications. The integration not only lead to increased conversions, but allowed for more efficient processes to be implemented resulting in better experiences for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Donna Singer, National Director of Recruiting Enablement at Allied Universal, Leah Daniels, Chief Commercial Officer at JobSync, and Kevin Grossman, President of Talent Board, discussed the latest case study from JobSync and Allied highlighting the challenges faced and the solutions implemented to get Allied back on target.

They discussed how Allied:

  • Built a tech stack that delivers
  • Got candidates to convert
  • Built an ecosystem of partners and vendors to solve their biggest challenges
  • Managed change within their organization to adapt to the new normal
  • Looked at their entire recruiting process to ensure optimal candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter efficiency
