Step 1. Quickly open your account.
Employers can register in 3-5 minutes to open their JobSync account. We
collect basic information about you and your company to establish your
account and get you started using the service quickly.
Step 2. Create a profile for your job.
In order to match the right candidates to your job, you create a profile
that defines the qualifications, experience, and personality that would
enable a new hire to succeed in your position. We help you identify
those characteristics in about 10 minutes.
Step 3. We identify high-fit candidates.
Based on your unique job profile, we instantly evaluate every candidate in
our network against the requirements of your position. We only invite the
highest-fit, best-qualified individuals to apply, so you don’t have to sift
through a mountain of resumes. Learn about our matching algorithm.
Step 4. Review only high-fit applicants.
Once a candidate applies for your position, we automatically transfer
their resume and cover letter to your account for review, along with an
overview of why we believe they are a good match. Your account will
capture all applicants for you to review and contact at your convenience.
