What is JobSync?

JobSync is a new online service that matches candidates to job opportunities based on experience, qualification, and fit.

How does JobSync work?

JobSync has developed a proprietary matching algorithm that fits candidates to jobs based on five components: experience, education, location, preferences, and personality. JobSync continuously matches every candidate in the network against every job to identify highest-fit opportunities.

How much does JobSync cost?

JobSync is offering free trials to a select number of large employers prior to its general release. This allows companies to evaluate our service at no cost while matching candidates to their open jobs. If you are interested in using JobSync to help your recruiting efforts, please contact us here.

How is JobSync different from other job boards?

JobSync is designed to match high-fit candidates to the jobs that fit them best. Unlike other job boards, JobSync provides a limited set of high-fit, qualified and interested candidates to recruiters for each position. Instead of sending a pile of hundreds if not thousands of resumes, JobSync only allows a limited set of qualified candidates to apply for each job. JobSync ensures that recruiters can spend their time reviewing candidates, rather than just processing them.

Is JobSync compliant with OFCCP and EEOC regulations?

JobSync was designed to comply with all OFCCP, EEOC, and ADA regulations. When candidates apply for a job, JobSync links them to an employer’s applicant tracking system; this allows JobSync candidates to follow an employer’s existing application process and conform with the Internet Applicant Rule. Additionally, the personality components of JobSync’s matching algorithm were created in partnership with Profiles International, a leader in personality assessments since 1991. Profiles International has statistically tested and validated that its assessments comply with all EEOC and ADA regulations.

How does JobSync integrate with my existing systems and processes?

JobSync is designed to complement all of your existing systems and processes. It requires no integration on the part of employers. JobSync simply provides a new pipeline of 20-30 high-fit candidates for each position. Employers can sign up and begin creating job profiles to match to candidates in a matter of minutes.

Can I browse through your database of candidates?

No, you cannot browse through JobSync’s database of candidates. JobSync will recommend your job to the highest fit candidates. JobSync is predicated on streamlining your recruiting process, and helping you focus on the highest-potential candidates, rather than forcing you to browse through our database.
