How JobSync Works for Candidates
JobSync is a FREE online service for candidates to find jobs that fit them. Here's how it works:

Step 1. Create your profile.
Your JobSync profile will incorporate everything we need to match you
to a job that fits including your education, experience, location prefer-
ences, salary expectations, and personality. We take all of the data you
provide and create a custom profile that we compare to every job in our
database.
Step 2. Review jobs that fit you.
Once your profile is complete, we will evaluate every job in our network
to see if it fits you. Each new job that is added to our network will be
compared to your profile. We will always keep our eye out for a job that
fits you. Learn about our matching algorithm.
Step 3. Apply for the jobs you like.
After you've reviewed a job that matches your profile, you can
apply quickly and easily. You can customize your resume and cover letter
for each position. Keep in mind, we will never send any of your information
to an employer until you apply for that job.
Step 4. We highlight you for employers.
When we send your information to hiring managers we highlight why we
think you’re a great fit for their job so they’ll notice you right away. And
it’s easier to be noticed when you’re part of a small group of high-fit
candidates instead of a stack of hundreds of resumes.
Step 5. Keep in touch.
Once you’ve registered with JobSync, we will evaluate your profile against
every new job that is added to our network. Every time we find a job that
matches you, we’ll send you an email to let you know to review the new
opportunity. You will always know when there is a new job to consider.
