What is JobSync?
JobSync is a new online service that matches candidates to job opportunities based on experience, qualification, and fit.
How much does JobSync cost?
JobSync is free for candidates. Candidates can join JobSync, complete their profile, review job opportunities, and apply for those opportunities at absolutely no cost.
Who is JobSync for?
JobSync is for candidates who live in the United States and are looking for a full-time job in the Unites States. In the near future, JobSync will expand to allow international candidates looking for full-time jobs in the U.S. to use the service. How is JobSync different from other job boards?
JobSync is based entirely on providing candidates with recommended job opportunities that they fit best. Candidates cannot browse through JobSync’s database of jobs, like they can on other sites. JobSync matches candidates to the most compatible jobs based on experience and fit, and candidates can easily apply for those jobs, knowing they will be one of only 20 or 30 candidates that JobSync will send to a hiring manager.
How does JobSync work?
JobSync has developed a proprietary matching algorithm that fits candidates to jobs based on five components: experience, education, location, preferences, and personality. JobSync continuously evaluates every candidate in the network against every job to identify highest-fit opportunities.
Am I guaranteed to be matched to a job?
No. We will evaluate every job to see if it fits your profile. However, since JobSync is a relatively new service, you may not get matched to a job right away.
Can I browse through your database of jobs?
No, you can only review and apply for high-fit jobs that are recommended to you. JobSync will present you with the highest-fit opportunities out of all of the jobs in our network.
Will JobSync help me get a job?
JobSync will only allow 20-30 candidates to apply for each job. So, if you apply for a job through JobSync, you know you will be part of a very small pool of applicants, increasing your visibility to the hiring manager. Additionally, when we recommend you to an employer, we explain why we think you are a good fit for the job. At JobSync, we focus on highlighting those candidates that make sense for a role, and we think that gives you a better chance to get a job.
